"Our client is a small company specialising in the maritime industry in Cyprus.

An office administrator is required to take overall responsibility for the efficient running of the office of four staff.

Your requirements:

MS Outlook/Excel/Word
Basic accounting software knowledge
Excellent knowledge of English and Greek
Ability to correspond, especially via e-mail
A shipping background and/or living/working experience in the US will be considered an advantage

The hours are flexible, i.e. 08.00 to 13.00 hrs, with afternoon work only when necessary. The position has good promotion prospects, with the successful applicant progressing as PA to the general manager."
