Board appointments at Laiki Hellas

Cyprus Popular Bank Public Company announced that Efthimios Bouloutas, Managing Director of Marfin Bank, will become the new Managing Director of Popular Bank (Hellas).

Bouloutas has served as General Manager of EFG Eurobank Ergasias and member of its Executive Committee, Managing Director of Eurobank Asset Management and member of the Board of Directors of EFG Private Bank Luxembourg. Ha had also been the Managing Director in Ioniki AEDAK and member of Ioniki Finance.
The new composition of the Board of Directors is as follows: Chairman: Michalis Louis, Vice-Chairman: Platon Lanitis, Managing Director: Efthimios Bouloutas, Members: Andreas Vgenopoulos, Eleftherios Hiliadakis, Kyriakos Mageiras, Christos Stylianides, Petros Petrou, Marcos Foros, Constantinos Milonas and Chrisostomos Theoclis.
