BOCY appoints new Board members

The Board of Directors of Bank of Cyprus Public Company Ltd appointed as members of the Board Charilaos Stavrakis, Chief Executive Officer-Cyprus and Deputy Group Chief Executive Officer and Yiannis Kypri Group Chief General Manager at its meeting held on November 9, 2006.

The two seats had been left vacant following the resignation earlier of Messrs Pierides and David.
