The Cyprus Stock Exchange in agreement with the Securities and Exchange Commission decided to delist the titles of Euroinvestment & Finance Public Ltd due to its failure to comply with the necessary dispersion percentage of the Alternative Market.
It is noted that the Company’s dispersion to the public – despite the six-month period of compliance – hardly reaches 5.77% of its share capital.
The last day of trading of the Company’s titles in the CSE will be Wednesday, May 30, 2007.
