Cyprus to host “Health Care Business” conference

Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KEVE) and Cyprus Organization for Standardization will organize February 26-17 a conference on “Health Care Business”.
KEVE President Manthos Mavrommatis said that the Chamber’s aim is to make Cyprus an international services centre especially in the medical field.
He noted that this conference will boost efforts for the substantive development of health tourism. He also noted that there is great interest in Cyprus as regards the issues to be discussed during the conference.
President of Cyprus Organization for Standardization Petros Markou noted that the organization of this conference indicates the need for a continuous improvement in the health sector.
Twenty-three academics, professionals and experts will present their studies and lectures during the conference while businesspersons in the health sector will present their experiences.
