Cyprus trade turnover drops 14.4% in Jan-Sep

The turnover value Index of wholesale trade except motor vehicles and motorcycles decreased by 1.4% to 130.3 in July-September 2011, compared with the previous April-June period.
For the period January-September 2011, the Index recorded an increase of 4.4% compared with the corresponding period of 2010.
Meanwhile, the turnover value index including motor vehicles and cycles dropped in the same period by 13.4%.
For the period January-September 2011 the Index including motor vehicles and cycles recorded a decrease of 6.7% compared with the corresponding period of 2010.
