Aristo goes for 6% yield

Aristo Developers Public Co. Ltd. has decided to declare a 1.56 cent dividend out of 2003 profits, which at current prices prevailing on the CSE gives a dividend yield of 6%.

The company announced that the record date for participation in the dividend is December 6, while the stock will trade ex-dividend on December 7-8. The payment will be made on December 27 and 30.

Aristo is also offering a dividend reinvestment scheme for a maximum f 3.599.321 shares at 40 cent per share taking into account its book value of 59.7 cent as at June 30.
